Created for the community, with the community, the Corewell Health Center for Wellness opened in 2020 in response to urgent needs that arose during the pandemic. In early 2024, the Center relocated to a spacious new building to better meet the health needs of the community. As hub for creating better health, the Center team works to improve the community conditions that shape health outcomes while also providing a variety of services to help you achieve better health through person-centered resolution and care. Services include high blood pressure management, health screenings, maternal-infant health programming, mental health counseling, nutrition and culinary education, and more.
